Slow Flow Yoga

A dynamic and energizing class for those looking to expand their practice. Combining Vinyasa-inspired movement with strength-building holds and creative transitions, Open Flow invites experienced students to challenge themselves while staying present and connected to breath. Recommended for students with a regular yoga practice.

Open Flow

Open Flow Yoga

This intermediate-level class moves at a steady, intentional pace, offering deeper postures and longer holds. While the flow is slow, the challenge lies in the depth. Modifications and props are always offered, allowing students to explore a stronger edge within a safe and grounded container.
