Heart of Bliss Application
Are you ready for transformational change? Are you ready to step into taking your yoga to a deeper level, and to living a whole-hearted life? Are you ready to take these inspirational teachings and teach them to others?
If yes, then this teacher training is for you…
I, Mary Angela, am delighted to be facilitating this program as you look inside and explore the depths and mysteries of yoga. Yoga is the cooperative, collaborative union of humanity & divinity (attaining the skills to living heaven on earth). Yoga reminds us that we are not broken; we do not need to be fixed- but, to awaken to our authentic extraordinary selves.
It is a great privilege and honor to be your guide, teacher, mentor, spiritual healer (& spiritual irritant) & partner as you navigate and explore what’s possible. I humbly offer you all that I know, all that I have experienced & all that I hope.
The next 8 months, we will be dedicating ourselves to the ancient and modern art of yoga. We will be utilizing these sacred & powerful teachings in our contemporary lives. Yoga is the practice of becoming consciously awake, not just on our mat, but in every moment in our lives, for our body is merely a metaphor for how we are living in our lives.
This training is designed to support you in developing a yoga practice, living a yogic life with wisdom, balance & compassion- and learning how to teach others.
